Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to protect and enhance the value of our community and improve resident living experiences. The role emphasizes timely repairs, curb appeal, safety, and teamwork within a fast-paced property management setting.

Responsibilities include upkeep of grounds and buildings, basic repairs, turnovers, and responding to emergencies, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail. This is a full-time, hourly position in Vermont.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
• Basic maintenance skills required; pool service/maintenance knowledge a plus.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs and stand 8–10 hours.
• 1+ years of relevant industry experience; property management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property curb appeal and keep grounds/buildings clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and other maintenance duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and teamwork with colleagues.
• Keep clubhouse, offices, model units, hallways, and common areas safe and sanitary.
• Ensure property is free of trash and debris; maintain landscaping and flowers.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and oversee turnovers.
• Communicate issues to Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager; respond to emergencies.
