Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant industry experience; property management experience is a plus.
• Must have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and basic maintenance skills.
• Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and work 8-10 hour standing shifts; willing to work rotational on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property grounds and buildings are clean and well maintained to preserve curb appeal.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork consistently.
• Maintain safe, tidy clubhouses, offices, models, hallways and common areas.
• Keep grounds free of trash and animal waste; maintain landscaping watering as needed.
• Ensure apartments look their best before move-in and oversee turnovers.
• Communicate problems to Property Manager; respond to emergencies per policies.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations.
