The role emphasizes reliable workmanship, teamwork, and a commitment to resident satisfaction across a fast-growing national portfolio. Candidates should be prepared for a hands-on, full-time schedule onsite.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant industry experience; property management experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
• Able to lift at least 75 lbs and stand 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and keep grounds and buildings clean and well maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties.
• Provide exemplary customer service and teamwork at all times.
• Keep common areas safe, tidy, and sanitary.
• Ensure apartments look their best before move-ins and oversee turnovers.
• Communicate issues to supervisor or manager for follow-up.
