Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a part-time, hourly role. The position focuses on protecting and enhancing community value while ensuring residents’ needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities include upkeep of grounds and buildings, basic repairs, and turnover preparation. The role requires customer service excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, tidy clubhouse, office, model, hallways and all common areas.
• Ensure property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
• Maintain landscaping, watering flowers as needed.
• Ensure apartments look their best before new resident move-in.
• Oversee apartment turnovers and communicate issues to supervisor.
