Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of our communities and improve resident experience. You will resolve maintenance issues efficiently and contribute to curb appeal and safety across properties.

The role requires 1+ years of relevant experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lift 75 lbs. It offers full-time, hourly pay with a quarterly bonus and a benefits package including health, vision, dental, PTO, 401(k)

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant industry experience; property management experience a plus.
• Must have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and basic maintenance skills.
• Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and work 8-10 hour standing shifts.
• Must be willing to work rotational on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal by keeping grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouse, office, model and common areas safe, tidy and sanitary.
• Ensure property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
• Maintain landscaping and watering of flowers for best appearance.
• Prepare apartments for new resident move-in and oversee turnovers.
• Communicate issues with Maintenance or curb appeal to Property Manager.
• Respond to emergencies per policy and procedures.
• Comply with all policies and procedures and contribute to resident satisfaction.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.
