Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Reserve at Spring Creek in Richardson, TX. The role involves maintaining grounds, offices, and common areas, completing service requests, repairing appliances, and handling turnovers with a strong customer-service focus.

Ideal candidates will have experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) on a 200-unit property, plus reliable transportation. On-call rotation and a commitment to teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C and other trades is required.
• Customer service mindset with teamwork abilities.
• Consent to potential audio recordings during work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a must; on-call rotation is available.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances and fixtures as needed.
• Paint interior/exterior surfaces; assist with apartment turnovers.
• Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues promptly.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
