MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Silver Lake properties in Reno, NV. The role covers maintenance across all trades, with a strong emphasis on customer service and timely response to service requests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc. is required
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation is a MUST
• Availability to work on-call rotation

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
