Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Denver team at 3300 Tamarac Apartments. The ideal candidate will handle maintenance requests, perform appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, and coordinate on-call rotations.

Work across grounds and common areas, with a strong customer-service mindset. Requires 2+ years in apartment maintenance on 200-unit properties, and proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Reliable transportation and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property.
• Experience across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and related trades is required.
• Strong customer-service mindset with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, and general groundskeeping.
• Respond to maintenance service requests and on-call calls.
• Ensure safety and quality, document work orders, and coordinate with residents.

We are a property management company looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at 3300 Tamarac Apartments, in Denver, CO!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation And Benefits

• $24-$25/hour DOE
