Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tools and machines used in the maintenance and building trades.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on building, equipment, and appliances.
• Disassemble and move furniture throughout the community.
• Check maintenance logs and respond promptly to work orders.
• Assist with exterior grounds maintenance and trash collection.
• Transport residents in the community vehicle to appointments.
• Assist with resident safety drills and maintenance duties.
