Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair property buildings and grounds, including preparing vacant units for occupancy. You will manage inventory, ensure tools are available, and respond to on-call service requests while upholding safety standards and professional conduct.

The role emphasizes hands-on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, with on-site responsibilities and coordination with the property team.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge required.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience is essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written/oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and vacant unit prep.
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand and report unusual circumstances.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety policies.
• Be available for on-call requests and 24-hour service response.
