Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep property buildings and grounds. The role involves daily repairs, unit readiness, inventory management, and on-call availability.

The ideal candidate should have experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, plus handyman skills and strong communication. AMC offers full-time hours and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Follow written or oral instructions.
• Communicate effectively.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and vacant unit prep.
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional uniform and appearance.
• Operate within OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Be available for on-call shifts.
• Secure maintenance shops at close of day.
• Remove snow and ice as needed.
• Handle lock-outs and 24-hour service responses.
