Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the efficient operation of property buildings and grounds. You will perform daily repairs, prepare vacant units for occupancy, manage supplies, and maintain a safe, professional maintenance shop.

The role requires safety awareness and willingness to be on-call. Qualifications include HVAC, plumbing, electrical knowledge, and handyman experience, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance/handyman tasks.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Repair and upkeep of property and vacant units.
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment.
• Ensure tools are on hand and secure maintenance areas.
