Job summary

Greystar seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property—buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas—meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality.

You will diagnose and repair issues from resident requests, complete preventive maintenance, perform make-ready tasks for vacant units, track inventory, document work orders, and assist with safety training and inspections. This is an on-site role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Essential maintenance skills to diagnose and repair building systems.
• EPA refrigerant certification required for applicable roles.
• Valid driver’s license to operate on-site vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance per policy.
• Handles make-ready tasks for vacant units and schedules vendors.
• Maintains inventory, documents work orders, and reports issues.
• Keeps grounds and common areas clean and safe, paints as needed.
• Supports safety meetings and compliance with OSHA requirements.
