Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Solid computer skills and ability to use standard software.

• Reliable vehicle needed to perform essential duties.

• Ensure cleanliness of common areas and assigned spaces.
• Support Service Manager with day-to-day maintenance operations.
