The role requires strong communication, reliable on-call coverage after hours, weekends and holidays, and a proven background in facilities maintenance. A valid vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance and on-call responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance and general maintenance tasks.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours calls.
• Coordinate with Service Manager to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of grounds and common areas.
