Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its Dartmouth, MA team. You will address electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and general upkeep across apartment communities, ensuring safety and cleanliness.

A high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years in facilities maintenance are required; strong English communication and reliable transport are essential. We offer competitive pay of $25–$26 per hour plus comprehensive benefits, opportunities for

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities maintenance.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal.
Solid computer skills.
Excellent customer service skills are a must.
On-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Electrical work and repairs.
Plumbing work and repairs.
HVAC maintenance and repair.
Appliance repair as needed.
Locks & Keys, basic carpentry, painting and drywall repair.
Janitorial tasks, grounds maintenance, snow removal, and ensuring clean common areas.
