Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Littleton, CO to perform routine maintenance, repairs and inspections across our building portfolio. You will ensure safety, functionality and cleanliness while supporting HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints and work orders.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects or work in tight spaces.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license (if travel between sites is required).
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory of supplies and request replacements when necessary.
• Collaborate with contractors or vendors when specialized repairs are needed.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform routine maintenance, repairs and inspections to ensure that buildings and facilities remain safe, functional and in good condition.
