Maintenance Technician - Property Management

Join to apply for the Maintenance Technician - Property Management role at Monarch Investment and Management Group.

Position: Maintenance Technician (preferred experience with HVAC)

Schedule: 8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday, on-call once every 4 weeks (with a $100 bonus for weeks on-call and at least 1.5 hours paid for call outs)

Compensation: $22-24 per hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders promptly based on priority
• Prepare units between tenant occupancy
• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
• Assist in preventative maintenance
• Maintain exterior structures and grounds, including snow removal
• Participate in a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in maintenance preferred
• 6+ months in apartment maintenance
• Basic drywall, painting, carpentry skills
• Plumbing and electrical experience
• EPA Universal Certification (a plus)
• CPO Certification (a plus)
• Knowledge of appliances including washers and dryers
• Physical ability to perform job duties (demonstrated during interview)
