This full-time role maintains the property's equipment, systems, and facilities, performing routine and preventative maintenance and addressing service requests to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance for residents and staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience, HVAC knowledge, and basic plumbing and electrical skills.

Salary Range: $22.00 To $26.00 Hourly

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of the property’s equipment, systems, and facilities. This role involves performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, and addressing issues to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of the property. The Maintenance Technician will collaborate with other departments, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall satisfaction of residents and staff.
