Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of buildings and grounds. The role requires performing maintenance tasks and completing work orders efficiently while demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in apartment maintenance and be proficient in property management software, such as Entrata or Yardi.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to ensure property standards.
• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24 to 48 hours.
• Inspect work performed by contractors and vendors.
