Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold building standards, safety, and resident satisfaction at our community. The role focuses on upkeep, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to ensure high-quality living spaces.

You will handle work orders, coordinate with vendors, and participate in safety programs while providing excellent service to residents and ensuring operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and inspections.
• Fix components to extend life of parts and reduce replacements.
• Track materials and inventory from maintenance shop and notify reorders.
• Document service requests thoroughly and promptly.
• Inspect contractor work for quality and compliance.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Provide courteous, solution-focused service to residents.
