Flagship Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an Manufactured Home Community. The role covers painting, remodeling, minor plumbing and electrical work, and landscaping, with emphasis on autonomous work and safety.

The ideal candidate will have property or building maintenance experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to supervise themselves while contributing to resident services. CMPRP is a plus; valid driver's license required.

Qualificações

• Must have property and/or building maintenance experience.
• Ability to work autonomously while following safety guidelines.
• Ability to perform painting, remodeling, minor plumbing, electrical work and landscaping.
• Willingness to observe health and safety guidelines and take pride in residents' services.
• Strong physical stamina for lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Familiar with pest control tasks.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in setting up ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed.
• Perform manual repairs (locks, windows, etc.).
• Undertake pest control activities such as spraying insecticide.
• Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned.
• Keep grounds and landscaping in tip-top shape.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed.
• Mow, weed eat and hedge trim; perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
