Job summary

Flagship Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician at a Manufactured Home Community. The role covers painting, remodeling, plumbing, electrical work and landscaping, with the ability to work independently while adhering to safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have site maintenance experience and a strong work ethic, able to perform a range of repairs and upkeep to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have property and/or building maintenance experience.
• Physically capable of manual labor and lifting.
• Ability to work autonomously and follow safety guidelines.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and perform repairs when needed.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Inspect fire/protection alarm systems and schedule repairs.
• Perform manual repairs (locks, windows, etc.).
• Undertake pest control activities such as spraying insecticide.
• Keep grounds and landscaping in top condition and assist in budget prep.
