CCI is seeking a Jr Maintenance Technician in Spokane, WA to maintain and repair facilities and assist the maintenance team with tasks, ensuring safety and upkeep. You will perform daily inspections, light repairs, cleaning, landscaping if needed, and help with painting and other duties.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, knowledge of painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing and electrical, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver's license.

As a Jr Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities include maintaining and repairing the facility as scheduled and collaborating with the Maintenance Technician to uphold the structural integrity and overall upkeep of the building. Additionally, you'll handle cleaning duties for both the interior and exterior areas of the property, along with landscaping tasks (if needed). Solid maintenance knowledge and skills preferred, with experience in property management being helpful.
