Job summary

CCI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our properties in top shape. You will perform inspections, repairs and preventative maintenance across buildings and grounds, applying carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting skills. A valid license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required as well as basic computer literacy.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; driver’s license required.
• Computer literacy is required; HVAC certificate helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
• Immediately report any health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
• Utilize carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and related skills to maintain and repair facilities.
