You will diagnose and repair issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, perform turn-key tasks for vacant apartments, and help maintain safety and quality standards for residents and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of property maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work weekends or emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year experience in property maintenance.
• Must possess valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs safely and promptly.
• Perform turn-key work to ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready.
• Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
• Comply with company safety standards and policies.
• May supervise on-site staff or contractors.
• Occasional weekend work for events or emergencies.
• May drive the company vehicle as required.
