Job summary
Dial Senior Living in Prairie Village, KS is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to proactively diagnose and repair building systems, maintain resident spaces, and respond to service requests with safety and quality.
This full-time role (25–32 hours/week) involves HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and general maintenance; requires a valid driver's license and 1 year in property maintenance; on-call and occasional weekend work may be required. Enjoy benefits and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED.
- Must be age 18 or older.
- 1-year experience in property management maintenance.
- Must possess valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
- Complete service requests in a safe, timely manner.
- Turn-key work to ready vacant apartments when needed.
- Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
