Dial Silvercrest Corp is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform hands-on maintenance tasks in our community, including diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances. You will respond to service requests promptly and work to keep units rent-ready.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of property maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license. Expect on-call shifts, occasional weekends, and on-site work in Prairie Village, KS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be age 18 or older.
• 1 year experience in property maintenance preferred.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general systems.
• Complete service requests in a safe, timely manner.
• Turn-key work to prepare vacant units for rent.
• Maintain customer service standards and resolve resident issues.
• Promote safe work practices and compliance with laws.
