Prairie Commons Apartments in Lawrence, KS is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join Gaines Investment Trust. You will repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and perform preventative maintenance to keep property functioning smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other apartment systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Inspect apartments, common areas, and building systems.
• Identify and address maintenance and safety concerns.
• Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and work areas.
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents.
