Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by the supervisor.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property to maintain safety and curb appeal.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours calls.
• Promote safety and risk management per company rules.
