Avenue5 Residential in Washington state is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property upkeep, with emphasis on customer service and curb appeal. You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and grounds, while keeping safety and cleanliness a priority.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year in property management or related field, valid driver’s license, and ability to read and communicate in English;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of property management or related field experience.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, flooring, carpentry and grounds.
• Maintain work orders, ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property and promote safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with emergencies including snow removal and weather incidents.
• Communicate issues to maintenance leadership promptly.
• Uphold safety and risk management per regulations.
• Provide courteous, professional interaction with residents.
