Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain buildings, grounds and common areas. The role includes diagnostic repairs, completing make-readies for vacant units, and thorough documentation of work orders.

Responsibilities also cover safety compliance, vendor coordination, and assisting with cost-control efforts while using tools efficiently. A valid driver's license and EPA refrigerant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate golf carts on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and safety standards.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing, completes punch lists, and coordinates vendors.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; assists in cost-saving and proper tool use.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
