ATS - Industrial Maintenance is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to perform expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance in a Wisconsin manufacturing setting. You will observe equipment, diagnose issues, replace parts, and test performance to ensure reliability.

You will source replacement parts, optimize maintenance procedures with planners, and support CI projects while adhering to 5S and safety rules. Some welding and machine operation may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; technical associate degree preferred.
• Associates degree with a technical focus or 7 years of related industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identify root causes by observing devices in operation and dismantling parts.
• Source parts and evaluate cost/reliability improvements.
• Setup and operate machining tools (lathe, drill press, grinder) and weld as needed.
• Follow 5S, safety policies, and housekeeping standards.
• Lead CI activities and mentor lower level technicians.
• Maintain CMMS records and assist in training.
