Job summary

ATS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform mid to expert level breakdowns and preventative maintenance in our factory setting near Fayetteville, NC. You will inspect equipment, dismantle, repair, test performance, and update CMMS records while following safety policies.

Requirements include a High School/GED, an Associate degree (technical) or 3–5 years related experience, knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, and the ability to use basic and specialized tools.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED is required.
• Associate degree (technical) with 3 years related experience, or 5 years industry experience; or complete ATS program.
• Understand electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Able to use basic and specialized hand tools.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mid to expert level maintenance and repairs on machinery and controls.
• Identify and source parts, supplies and repair items as needed.
• Set up machining operations and perform welding as required.
• Follow 5S standards, CI processes and maintain CMMS records.
• Assist and mentor lower level technicians; participate in training.
