Yugo Auburn North is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the property safe and well-maintained. This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and offers an engaging, service-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing repairs across plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and overseeing routine inspections. You will support pools, spas, and common areas while following safety standards.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• EPA Type I Certification preferred.
• Pool maintenance certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies with excellent service and follow-up communication.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, carpentry).
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, equipment and common areas for safety and condition.
• Maintain pools, spas and related equipment and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as directed to ensure quality work.
