Job summary

Cardinal Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of the community and ensure a high-quality living experience for residents. The role emphasizes timely, expert handling of maintenance issues and strong safety practices.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years of maintenance experience, excellent customer service, and pool service knowledge. A HS diploma or GED is preferred; ability to lift 75 lbs and work 8-12 hour shifts, plus weekend/on-call

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance required.
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and work 8-12 hour standing shifts.

Responsibilities

Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
Follows practices for safe operation, maintenance and repair of all facility equipment, including OSHA compliance.
Responds to work orders in a timely manner, including after-hours on-call maintenance requests; participates in on-call rotation.
Assists with inspection of public areas and apartments to ensure standards.
Follows air conditioning/refrigeration and water quality record-keeping requirements.
