Job summary

Storey Park Association in Orlando, FL seeks a Full-Time Maintenance Technician. Earn $24 per hour supporting a hospitality-focused property and HOA-style community, performing building, pool, and equipment maintenance with safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, electrical/plumbing/carpentry/HVAC basics, and readiness to obtain Florida CPO within 6 months. English communication required; Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC skills.
• Ability to obtain Florida CPO or pool operator certification within 6 months.
• English communication skills, verbal and written; basic computer use.
• Experience maintaining pools and spas in Florida HOA/apartment/resort/club.
• Spanish language skills a plus.
• Experience with fitness equipment troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Florida building, life-safety, and pool regulations.
