Job summary

Precision Associates Inc. seeks a maintenance technician responsible for repairing and servicing production and support equipment. You will troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems and provide PLC hardware support across the facility.

Ideal candidates have mechanical aptitude, can read diagrams, and work independently. This role may involve weekend work and requires adherence to ISO procedures. Comprehensive benefits are provided to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to recognize and understand hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical symbols and circuit diagrams (formal classes preferred).
• Mechanical aptitude; legible handwriting; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical machinery repair.
• Provide PLC hardware support for the facility.
• Troubleshoot machinery/equipment; keep diagrams, drawings, records organized.
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil, grease, clean).
• Work on ladders/platforms as needed; respond to malfunctions.
• Document work performed and maintain attendance; follow ISO procedures.
• Occasional weekend work as required; miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
