Job summary

RecruitPod Global LLC in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to sustain production machinery, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs across electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

You will perform PLC hardware support, maintain diagrams and records, and adhere to ISO procedures. The role may require weekend work and lifting or climbing as needed.

Qualifications

• Industrial machines maintenance experience
• Ability to read hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical diagrams
• PLC hardware experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical machinery
• Provide PLC hardware support for the facility
• Maintain diagrams, drawings, records and documentation
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil, grease, clean)
• Work on ladders or platforms as required
• Respond to malfunction reports and document work
• Follow ISO procedures
• Work weekends as required
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor

Must have industrial machines maintenance experience as well as pneumatics, hydraulics and PLC's experience.

General Description:

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing all production and support equipment.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical machinery repair
• Responsible for providing PLC hardware support for the entire facility
• Responsible for keeping diagrams, drawings, records, and other documentation organized and easily accessible
• Preventive Maintenance (Oiling, greasing, cleaning)
• Ladder/Platform work as required
• Responding to Malfunction Reports
• Documentation of work completed
• Regular and consistent attendance
• Follow ISO Procedures
• Work weekends as required

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

• Miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor

Prerequisite Qualifications:

• Ability to recognize and understand hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical symbols and circuit diagrams (formal classes preferred)
