Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support production, warehouse, refrigeration, and wastewater equipment. The role involves electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance, with responsibilities including diagnosing malfunctions, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring minimal downtime.

Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required to meet production demands. Candidates should have a High School Diploma, 2+ years in industrial maintenance, PLC troubleshooting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years of electrical/PLC troubleshooting experience.
• At least 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Industrial maintenance certification from an accredited institution preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repairs on facility equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in machinery across manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, electrical schematics, and work orders accurately.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues to minimize equipment and facility downtime.
• Contribute to the improvement of production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements including USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and company policies.
• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
