Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Technician with PLC knowledge for its Minnesota facility. The role offers $33-$40 per hour on either the 1st or 2nd shift, with a typical 45-hour work week and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
  • Technical training or certification in hydraulics, maintenance, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance technician role within a manufacturing environment.

  • Proven experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems is essential.

  • Technical training or certification in hydraulics, maintenance, or a related field is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Proven ability to adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

  • Physical stamina and strength, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.

  • Proficiency in using a variety of tools, including power and hand tools, for maintenance and repair tasks.
