Qualifications

  • Proficiency with hand and power tools; basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.
  • Diagnose issues and replace defective components.
  • Operate welding, cutting, grinders, and drill presses.
  • Install and maintain electrical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment.
  • Maintain CMMS records and work orders.
  • Support spare parts inventory and safety compliance.
  • Operate forklifts and aerial lifts as needed.

This role requires a multi-skilled technician with strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experience who can minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and replace or repair defective components.
  • Operate maintenance and fabrication equipment, including welders, saws, grinders, and drill presses.
  • Install, modify, and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.
  • Support equipment reliability initiatives to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
  • Operate forklifts and aerial lifts as needed.
  • Source parts, tools, and materials required to complete maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, and CMMS documentation.
  • Assist with spare parts inventory management.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong plumbing experience required.
  • Experience troubleshooting motors, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, drive systems, and industrial equipment.
  • Strong industrial electrical skills, including PLC troubleshooting, three-phase power, controls, and 480V systems.
  • Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Trade certifications or technical certifications are a plus.
