Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and respond to signs of malfunction.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to keep machinery running at peak levels of performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems and components, utilizing schematics and technical drawings.
  • Coordinate with the production team to schedule repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Document all maintenance and repair work, maintaining accurate records for reference and reporting.
  • Keep the maintenance area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and staff to share knowledge and solve complex problems.
