Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced electro-mechanical technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-tech automation equipment and 6-axis robotics in our Springfield, MO facility.

You will interpret electrical schematics, work with PLCs, and collaborate with engineering to develop maintenance strategies, document all work, and uphold safety standards. Experience with Fanuc robots and strong problem-solving are required; second and third shift options are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar manufacturing maintenance role.
• Experience with Fanuc robots or similar multi-axis robotics.
• Strong understanding of PLCs and fault tracing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Maintain, troubleshoot, and provide electro-mechanical repair of high-tech automation equipment and 6 Axis robotics among other types of machinery.
• 2. Use your understanding of PLC's to troubleshoot and repair.
• 3. Interpret and work from electrical schematics and blueprints to understand and resolve issues.
• 4. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance strategies.
• 5. Document all maintenance and repair work for future reference.
• 6. Comply with all safety rules and regulations in line with company policies.
• 7. Provide training and technical advice to other team members as needed.
