Jobot is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support plant-wide operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, repair and rebuild machinery, and install PLC-controlled automated equipment.

Ideal candidates have 3–7+ years of industrial maintenance experience, reading blueprints, and hands-on fabrication skills. The role offers ample growth, overtime, and a strong benefits package with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment (PLCs preferred).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production equipment.
• Dismantle, repair, and rebuild machinery including bearings, shafts, gears, and motors.
• Install and maintain automated equipment with PLC-controlled systems.
• Support preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
• Fabricate and repair components using machine tools.
• Perform basic welding tasks for repairs and modifications.
• Maintain work orders and maintenance documentation.
• Assist plant projects with engineering and maintenance leadership.
• Repair facility structures and support plant upkeep.

What You’ll Do

• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting on production equipment
• Dismantle, repair, and rebuild machinery including bearings, shafts, gears, and motors
• Install and maintain automated equipment including PLC‑controlled systems
• Support preventative and corrective maintenance programs
• Fabricate and repair components using machine tools (lathe, mill, drill, grinder)
• Complete basic welding tasks as needed for repairs and modifications
• Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance documentation
• Assist with plant projects alongside engineering and maintenance leadership
• Repair facility structures and support general plant upkeep

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment (PLCs preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Comfortable fabricating parts and using machine shop equipment
• Basic welding experience preferred
• Exposure to printing or similar manufacturing environments is a plus
