Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Fort Worth, TX to handle work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and support the Maintenance Supervisor. You will service common areas, assist with safety checks, and contribute to property value.

Responsibilities include preparing vacants for move-in, responding to resident needs, coordinating tasks with the team, and maintaining building systems. A positive attitude and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year general maintenance/general repair experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Trade skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliances.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders in a timely, quality manner.
• Perform maintenance to keep common areas clean, safe, and attractive.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Maintain property value through preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
• Identify safety issues and report or correct them.
• Maintain and repair building systems.
• Use software to track work and performance.
• Be part of a team in a dynamic environment.
