Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general maintenance/general repair experience.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Dependable transportation for rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders timely.
• Maintain clean and safe common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in.

Skills

General maintenance/general repair experience

Trade skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)

EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
