Job summary

ResProp Management in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site property operations across community amenities. You will respond to work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare vacant apartments for new residents.

Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor, uphold safety standards, and deliver excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors while maintaining property value and appearance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• EPA Type I/II/Universal certification strongly preferred.
• Trades include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliances, etc.
• Trade licensing preferred but not required.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the community.
• Willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must have dependable transportation and be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders to drive resident satisfaction.
• Maintain and improve common areas (pools, clubhouses, laundry, parking, etc.) for safety and appeal.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maintain property value.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and ensure safety on site.
