Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our multifamily properties in Fort Worth, TX. You will perform routine maintenance, handle repairs, and support the Maintenance Supervisor to keep communities clean, safe, and well maintained.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, maintaining common areas, coordinating tasks, and ensuring resident satisfaction. The role requires physical stamina, tools, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year general maintenance experience in multifamily or related industry preferred.
• EPA Type I/II/Universal certification strongly preferred.
• Trades include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliances.
• Trade licensing preferred but not required.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must live within 30 minutes of community.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Rotating on‑call schedule; dependability essential.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive resident satisfaction by responding to and completing work orders in a timely, quality manner.
• Maintain common areas and property systems to keep facilities clean, safe, and attractive.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and team to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and ensure safety in all work performed.
• Use software to track work and personal performance.
• Maintain and repair critical building and site systems.
• Be part of a team in an ongoing, evolving environment.
