RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Paseo at WPV in Winter Park, FL. The role covers on-site maintenance of buildings, grounds, and amenities, with emphasis on timeliness and safety.

The technician handles work orders, inspections, and coordination with vendors to uphold property standards. You will contribute to resident satisfaction while following company procedures and OSHA guidelines, working a schedule that includes weekends and variable shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Experience preferred: 1-3 years apartment maintenance
• Strong communication and delivery skills with residents and team

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident service requests within 24–48 hours
• Perform standard maintenance and make-ready tasks for vacant units
• Inspect and repair property systems and common areas
• Assist in safety and risk management inspections
• Document work orders and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with vendors and track inventory as needed
